These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and registered agent services provided by AZ Registered LLC (“AZ Registered,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

 

By accessing our website or enrolling in our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.

Nature of Services

AZ Registered LLC provides registered agent (statutory agent) services in the State of Arizona.

Our services include:

  • Maintaining a physical Arizona address for service of process

  • Accepting legal and official state correspondence

  • Scanning and electronically delivering received documents

  • Filing statutory agent appointment or change forms when applicable

We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, or business consulting services. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current contact information

  • Maintain a valid and accessible email address

  • Promptly update us if contact information changes

  • Respond in a timely manner to legal notices received

AZ Registered LLC is not responsible for missed deadlines or consequences resulting from inaccurate or outdated client information.

Scope of Registered Agent Services

Our registered agent service:

  • Covers service of process and official state correspondence only

  • Does not include general mail forwarding unless separately arranged

  • Does not include legal representation

  • Does not include compliance monitoring beyond statutory agent responsibilities

Clients remain solely responsible for managing their business operations, compliance filings, and legal obligations.

Fees and Payment

The annual fee for registered agent service is $99 per year unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time of enrollment and renews annually unless canceled prior to renewal.

Failure to pay renewal fees may result in resignation as registered agent in accordance with Arizona law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing for future service periods with notice.

Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable once service has been initiated or a statutory agent filing has been submitted to the state.

If you wish to offer limited refunds instead, replace this section with your preferred refund terms.

Termination and Resignation

We reserve the right to resign as statutory agent in accordance with Arizona law if:

  • Fees are unpaid

  • Client contact information is invalid or unresponsive

  • Client violates these Terms

Clients may cancel service at any time; however, cancellation does not relieve payment obligations for the current service term.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZ Registered LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Missed deadlines due to inaccurate client information

  • Losses resulting from failure to respond to delivered documents

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service period.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted service or specific legal outcomes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Arizona.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
