REFUND POLICY

AZ Registered LLC

This Refund Policy applies to registered agent services provided by AZ Registered LLC (“AZ Registered,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

 

By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Service Fees

Our registered agent service is billed at $99 per year unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of enrollment and renews annually unless canceled prior to renewal.

No Refunds After Service Initiation

Due to the nature of registered agent services, fees are non-refundable once:

  • Service has been initiated; or

  • A statutory agent appointment or change filing has been submitted to the Arizona Corporation Commission on your behalf; or

  • We have begun providing registered agent representation.

Registered agent services involve administrative processing and public filings that cannot be reversed once completed.

Pre-Filing Refund Requests

If you submit a written refund request prior to any state filing being submitted and before service has been initiated, we may review the request at our discretion.

Refund eligibility is determined solely by AZ Registered LLC.

Renewal Payments

Annual renewal fees are non-refundable once processed.

Clients are responsible for canceling service prior to renewal if they do not wish to continue representation.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in immediate resignation as registered agent in accordance with Arizona law.

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
